- 2 bed, 1–2 bath — $135
- 3 bed, 2 bath — $165
- 4 bed, 2–3 bath — $215
- 5+ bed — from $275 (quoted after a walkthrough)
Each extra bathroom +$20.
Every turnover includes: kitchen and appliance exteriors, bathrooms sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting, trash out, beds made with your clean linens, restock from your supply closet, and a photo report after every clean.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to provide linens and supplies?
Yes. We make the beds with your clean linens and restock from your supply closet. If you'd rather we handle laundry on site, add the laundry add-on. Supplies we buy and bring are billed at cost + $15.
How fast can you turn a property?
A 3 bed, 2 bath turnover takes about 3 hours. Same-day turnovers (checkout and check-in on the same day) are +$25, and bookings with less than 24 hours notice are +$35.
Where do you clean?
Buda, Kyle and Austin, Texas. Austin addresses outside Buda / Kyle add $15 for travel.
Do you do deep cleans?
Yes. A deep clean is 1.75× the base turnover rate (a 3 bed is from $290). We recommend one on the first visit and then every 3–4 months.
